Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

How long will we keep your personal data?

The USER has the following rights:

  • Right to access, rectify, port, or delete their data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe data processing does not comply with applicable law.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, expressly and unequivocally consent that their data is necessary to fulfill their request by the service provider. Providing data in other fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and agrees to inform of any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, the information and services offered may not fully meet the USER’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for processing personal data and explicitly adheres to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to enforce the security requirements established by GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise these rights.
