IMMERSION SUITS

Also known as Survival Suits, Immersion Suits are part of the mandatory equipment for vessels operating in open seas. As thermal protective Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), they significantly increase survival time in cold water conditions.

The most cost-effective models are made from neoprene fabric and are designed for quick and easy donning in emergency situations.

We provide support in the selection, maintenance, and periodic inspection of dry and semi-dry immersion suits in accordance with SOLAS and other applicable requirements.

INHERENT LIFEJACKETS

Lifejackets are designed to turn an unconscious person from a face-down position in the water to a position that allows them to breathe. Inherent lifejackets, also known as foam or rigid lifejackets, offer a highly cost-effective buoyancy solution.

The selection of this equipment should be based on the user’s activity, the operating environment or navigation area, applicable regulations, and the user’s physical characteristics (e.g., size and weight).

INFLATABLE LIFEJACKETS

Inflatable lifejackets offer a compact, lightweight, and comfortable solution for the user while meeting essential safety requirements during routine operations with a risk of falling overboard, or in emergency situations. Models equipped with automatic inflation mechanisms can inflate within seconds, keeping the user afloat and activating an optional emergency light, even if the wearer is unconscious.

As with inherent lifejackets, the correct selection of inflatable lifejackets should be based on the intended application, applicable regulations, navigation area or environment, and the user’s weight and size.
